摘要 研究了高岭土对油田废水中原油的吸附性能。研究结果表明:在高岭土用量为10 g/L,搅拌速度为250 r/min,吸附时间为60 min及室温(25℃)和自然pH(pH=8)条件下,当油田废水含油浓度不超过1 350 mg/L时,高岭土对废水中原油的去除率最低也接近80%;高岭土对油田废水中原油的吸附是一个自发的吸热过程,其等温吸附过程适合用Langmuir方程描述,吸附动力学符合伪二级动力学模型。 The adsorption property of natural kaolin for oil field wastewater was investigated. The results indicated that when Kaolin dose was 10 g/L with stirring speed of 250 r/min and adsorption time of 30 min at room temperature (25 ℃ ) and the normal pH value ( 8 ) , the removal rate of crude oil with Kaolin can reach more than 80% when oil concentration in oil field wastewater is less than 1 350 mg/L. The overall adsorption process with Kaolin from oil field wastewater was spontaneous endothermic process. The isothermal data could be well described by the Langmuir equation. The dynamical data fit well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
