摘要
上海地铁某旁通道完全处于砂质粉土中,且该层为微承压含水层,被上海地铁公司定为2008年风险最高的拟建旁通道。为了降低风险,确保工程的安全,进行了二次开孔前的管片壁后预注浆。地层通过预注浆处理后,打钻安装冻结管顺利,没有引发流砂、涌水等现象的发生,取得了很好的效果,为类似工程提供了值得借鉴的方法、措施和经验。
One of the cross passages in Shanghai subway is fully embedded in the sandy silt which constitutes a slightly confined aquifer, it was considered as the most risky project for construction in 2008 by Shanghai underground company. In order to reduce the risk and ensure engineering security, pre-grouting behind the lining was carried out before the second opening. During the boring and freezing pipe installation, no quick inflow of sand and water inflow happened. The practice was successful.
