穴位埋线配合药物治疗West综合征疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on West Syndrome Treated by Point Embedding Therapy Combined with Medicine

目的:观察穴位埋线配合常规药物治疗West综合征的疗效。方法:将61例West综合征患儿随机分为治疗组31例及对照组30例。治疗组采用筋缩、命门、足三里穴位埋线加常规抗痫药物治疗,对照组采用常规抗痫药物治疗。两组均15天为一疗程,共治疗6个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率90.32%,对照组总有效率66.67%,经2χ检验两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线加常规药物治疗West综合征疗效显著。

objective：To observe the effect of West syndrome been treated by Inter line into point. Methods：61cases of West syndrome were random divided into therapy group （ with31 ） and control group （ with 30）, It was the inter line into point what on sanyinjiao and gate of life and jinsuo add to anti - epileptic drug for therapy ground, control ground only adopted antiepileptic drug to treat epilepsy. Full of fifteen day makes a period of treatment, and after six periods of treatment the test is over. doctor assesses the effect using Effect Assesses standard of epilepsy was framed from cooperation team nation of brain disease emergency onto State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results ： effective rate of therapy group were 90.32% ,those of the group con- trol were 66.67% respectively, the effective rate of control group was significantly less than therapy group, Result was checked up by χ2test there was a significantly difference between groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Inter line into point and using antiepileptic drug has obvious effect, in treating West syndrome.
