摘要
介绍了采用钌铱钛涂层的钛片作阳极,纯钛片作阴极,可使辉钼矿中钼的分解率达99%,铼的分解率达到97.88%,电流效率达到97%,实现了钼精矿中辉钼矿与其它有价金属矿物和脉石矿物的有效分离,既提高了钼冶金产品质量,又高效综合回收了辉钼矿中伴生的有价金属铼。
The decomposition rate of molybdenum and rhenium in molybdenite achieved 99% and 97.88% , respectively, and current efficiency achieved 97% , using Ru-Ir-Ti coating on titanium as anode and pure titanium as cathode. The molybdenite and other metal impurities or gangue are effectively separated. It improves metallurgic product quality of molybdenum and recovers effectively valuable metal Rh associated with molybdenite.
