摘要
介绍了一种在国外矿山磨矿自动化系统中广泛使用的应变片式磨机压力传感器,及其在磨矿过程变量、磨矿过程控制中的工作原理、设计、选择以及工艺布置,提出国内测量磨机负荷的方法以及磨机压力传感器的应用前景。
A strain gauge-type pressure sensor of grinding mill that is widely used in the grinding automation system of foreign mines is presented. The work principle, design, selection and process arrangement of the pressure sensor in application of grinding process variable and grinding process control are introduced. The domestic methods to measure load of grinding mill are given and domestic application of the pressure sensor of grinding mill is forecasted.
