摘要
以大鼠培养心肌细胞的脂质过氧化损伤模型，采用４５Ｃａ示踪技术，直接进行心肌肌浆网、线粒体钙转运功能的测定，同时观察牛磺酸对心肌过氧化损伤的保护作用。结果表明，牛磺酸能显著改善心肌肌浆网、线粒体钙转运功能。
In order to observe the effects of taurine on Ca 2+ transport by cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR) and mitochondria (Mit) in rats,the model of lipid peroxide injury in cultured rat beating heart cell was used.Myocardial SR and Mit isolated by discontinuous sucrose centrifugation were used for assay of Ca 2+ uptake.The results showed that the pretreatment of taurine could significantly enhance the capacity of SR and Mit Ca 2+ uptake.
