摘要
为探讨锌对抗氧化功能及脂类代谢的影响,选择健康志愿者36例,男女各18例,口服葡萄糖酸锌(0.2/d),连续8周,动态观察RBCSOD、RBCGSH-Px、LPO及TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAI及apoB100变化。结果显示服锌2周后RBCSOD活性下降,随锌摄入量增加,持续降低,LPO同时升高达最高值,随着RBCSOD活性下降,RBCGSH-Px活性升高,LPO下降,但停药4周后仍高于服药前1倍,GSH-Px未能完全代偿机体抗氧化功能。随锌的摄入,TC于第二周升高,之后呈递增性改变,TG、LDL-C及apoB100升高,HDL-C于第2周降低,之后呈递减性改变。apoAI也降低。健康人摄入锌能抑制抗氧化功能,干扰脂类代谢。
In order to explore effect of zinc glucose administration on antioxidation function and lipids metabolism,36 healthy volunteers were selected and administrated 200mg of zinc glucose per day for eight weeks.RBC SOD,RBC GSH Px、LPO,TC、TG、HDL C、LDL C、apo AI and apo B 100 were determined for five times.After subjects received zinc,RBC SOD activities decreased.As the intake of zinc increased,RBC SOD activities decreased constantly.At the same time,RBC GSH Px activities rose but level of LPO first rose and then lowered.The level of LPO was still over one time higher than before although RBC GSH Px activities rose.Change of lipids metabolism was very significant.After receiving zinc,TC,TG,LDL C and apo B 100 increased,but HDL C and apo AI decreased.Zinc administration might inhibit antioxidation function of human body and affect lipids metabolism,therefore zinc administration might result in arteriosclerosis.
