Synthesis of 5,10,15,20-Meso-Tetra-[Ortho- (5- Fu-1) -Acetamido]- Phenyl-Porphyrin

报道了新型抗癌药物５，１０，１５，２０－四［邻（５－氟尿嘧啶－１）乙酰苯胺］苯基卟啉及其顺式异构体的合成方法，产率分别为１８．１％和１６．８％，这些化合物的结构经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱。

The synthesis of new anti tumor pharmaceuticals:5,10,15,20 meso tetra [ortho (5 Fu 1 )acetamido] phenyl porphyrin(H 2T Fu PP, yield 18.1%) and its cis isomer(H 2T α Fu PP, yield 16.8% ),are reported. The structure of these compounds are identified by Vis UV,IR,HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.
