摘要
新中国检察制度建立经历了艰难曲折的历程。经过60年特别是近30年的努力,我国已经形成了中国特色的社会主义检察制度,并且在建设社会主义法制国家的道路上不断发展和完善。文章阐释了新中国检察制度的特点和优势,指出了认真实践"强化法律监督,维护公平正义"的主题,关键在于解决监督难的问题。
The establishment of the procuratorial system in China has gone through hardships and setbacks since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China. With 60 years of effort, especially with endeavor in the recent 30 years, we have formed a socialist procuratorial system wxith Chinese characteristics and made constant progress and improvement in building a socialist rule-of-law country. This article expounds features and advantages of the system and points out that the mission of the system is to strengthen legal supervision for equality and justice. The key point for us to practice the system is to deal with the toughness of the supervision problem.
