新中国成立以来,中国社会在对法的认识上发生了巨大变化,人们对于法的涵义、法的功能、法的价值都有了诸多更为客观的见解,本文拟对此作一简单梳理,以纪念新中国60年的华诞。

Since the founding of the People s Republic of China in 1949, people s understanding of the law has greatly changed.People now have more objective ideas concerning the meaning, the function and the value of law, about which this article aims at giving a clear explanation to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the People s Republic of China.
