摘要
生态智商新理念引起世人关注。本文在阐明其概念、内涵、特点的同时,着重探索在科学发展观指导下,其应用中的根本透明度,量化公式,企业经营者计算产品的生态价格以展开竞争,消费者在卖方转向买方市场中,变被动为主动,作出购买决议,掌握生态环境保护的投票权。与此相应形成立法新理念,在相关法律部门增订或修订法律规范。
The new idea of ecological intelligence has nowadays attracted people's attention. This article discusses the idea in terms of the concept, the connotation and characteristics. From perspective of scientific strategies for development, the article focuses on such issues as radical transparency in application, the quantified formula, business operators' calculation of ecological prices of their products for competition, consumers' switch from passive to active approach in making purchase decisions during the transition from the seller's market to the buyer's market so that consumers have voting rights over ecological environmental protection. Based on the discussion, the author suggests that relevant agencies should amend or rectify related laws with new legislative ideas.
