摘要
本文主要就日本的劳资争议解决机构——劳动委员会的组成、运作和特征,以及解决争议的三种机制——斡旋、调解和仲裁,作简要介绍和分析,同时对其相互间的差异及其在实践中的应用和演变作简要分析。
This article gives an introduction to Japanese labor-management dispute settlement committee in terms of the formation, the operation, the features, and to such mechanisms for dispute settlement as good offices, mediation and arbitration, with analysis of the differences between each of the three mechanisms, the practical application and evolution.
