摘要
Ｄｉｃｋ棒系统手术是利用椎弓根螺钉原理较少影响脊柱生理功能的一种术式。为了研究该术式的方法、手术适应证及并发症，通过利用该术式对５２例创伤性胸腰椎患者进行治疗的方法发现该术式具范围小、复位理想、固定牢靠等特点。
To study dick rod system operation and its indication, the authors performed this operation on 52 cases of traumatic spine injury. As a result, a follow up for 3￣24 months in 52 cases showed that the effective rate was 92.3%. So we think the Dick rod system operation worthy to introduce. This operation is based on the principle of pedicle of vertebral arch internal fixation.
