一氧化氮对正常妊娠时子宫-胎盘-胎儿循环的调节

Nitric Oxide Levels in Maternal and Fetal Blood Circulation During Pregnancy

摘要 通过测定14例未孕妇及25例正常晚孕妇母血及脐血一氧化氮(NO)的含量及部分病例子宫动脉及脐动脉最大收缩期与舒张末期血流速度之比(S/D),研究正常妊娠时母体及胎儿循环NO的变化。结果脐血NO含量显著高于母血(P<0.01),且与脐动脉S/D值呈现显著负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.05)。 In order to clarify study whether nitric oxide (NO) levels are elevated in maternal and fetal blood circulation. Twenty five cases of normotensive pregnant women(normal pregnant group)and eighteen cases of nonpregnant women(nonpregnant group) were studied. The serum concentrations of NO - 2 in maternal peripheral and umbilical arteries were measured with greiss reagent. The peak systolic to diastolic ratio(S/D) of uterine and umbilical arteries were examined at random by color Doppler flow imaging in fourteen cases of women in normal pregnant group. The NO levels of umbilical venous serum were much higher than those of maternal serum( P <0.01). The NO levels in umbilical venous serum correlated negatively with umbilical arterial S/D ratio. The increasing of NO levels in normal pregnancy may play an important role in regulation of maternal and fetal blood circulation.
