摘要 为对LX131型6×2载货车车架结构进行优化,需将部分车架横梁位置及数量进行调整.通过分析车架横梁的受力特点,利用有限元仿真分析,找到车架弯曲工况的低应力区,将需调整的横梁布置到该区域,同时将车架横梁数量减少1根.与原车架方案相比,改型后的车架应力没有明显上升,静、动电测试验及实际使用情况表明改型后的车架是可靠的,达到了降低产品成本的目的. To optimize the LX131 6×2 type truck frame, part of the locations and number of beams needs to be adjusted. According to the force-bearing characteristics, by using finite element simulation, the low stress area of the truck frame under bending work condition was obtained. The beam required adjustment was moved to the above mentioned area and meantime one beam of the truck frame was removed. Comparing with the original truck frame, the stress on the adjusted truck frame does not increase. The following static and dynamic stress test and actual usage show that the modified frame is reliable and the purpose of reducing cost is achieved.
