摘要
LED以其工作电压低、耗电量小、发光效率高、寿命长等优点,成为目前节能环保灯光照明系统的主流应用方案。我们基于LT3598的拓扑结构,设计了其外围电路,就LT3598多通道LED驱动电路的设计要求,合理选取关键元器件,如电感、电容、二极管等,优化设定开关频率,并进行了过压、过流、热保护的设计。最后,通过具体电路实验,证实了此电路的稳定性和可靠性,并进行了模拟调光和PWM调光实验效果对比,说明了各自的优缺点。
LED, for its low operating voltage, low power consumption, high luminous efficacy, and long lifetime, is now becoming the key solution of energy-saving and environmental protection lighting system. Based on LT3598 topology, we designed its external circuit. In terms of the design requirements of LT3598 Multichannel LED drive circuit, we selected the key components reasonable, such as inductors, capacitors, diodes, and so on. We optimized the switching frequency, and carried out the over voltage protection, over current protection, and thermal protection design. Finally, after specific circuit experiment, the stability and reliability of this circuit were confirmed. Through compared the results of the analog dimming test with the PWM dimming test, we got their respective advantages and disadvantages.
