吸入麻醉药抗缺血再灌注损伤及其机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目的综述吸入麻醉药在保护脏器缺血再灌注损伤及其机制方面的研究进展。方法对近十年国内外文献进行归纳和总结。结果与结论以异氟醚为代表的多种吸入麻醉药除了麻醉作用外,还对多种器官组织的缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)均有保护作用,但不同的吸入麻醉药抗不同器官IRI的作用时间窗、量效关系及其保护机制却不完全一致。
