摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种退行性神经功能障碍性疾病。18F-FDG PET脑显像可以探测AD患者的脑葡萄糖代谢的早期变化,达到在活体内早期诊断AD及轻微认知障碍(MCI)的目的,并且可以用来评价和随访药物治疗的效果。本文设计了一种基于标准脑图谱的PET脑显像定量分析方法,用于AD的早期诊断。
Alzheimer disease （AD） is the most common age-related neurodegenerative disorder disease.^18F-FDG PET cerebral imaging can detect early metabolic changes in AD and be used in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AD including AD-converted mild cognitive impairment （MCI） in vivo and evaluale the efficacy of anti-amyloid therapies facilitately. This paper designs a method for quantitative analysis of PET cerebral imaging based on brain atlases to early diagnosis of Alzheimer disease.
