摘要
目的在实践中找出既节省资金又能快捷地制订科学的符合防护要求的工程设计方案。方法通过X线测量仪检测新建的13个X线发生装置机房的防护状况,总结其经验和教训。结果除一间64排CT机房因搬运机器拆除防护门再装修存在门缝漏散射线较大外,其它机房均合格。结论科学的、因地制宜的设计及施工中监控、督导、量化检测是放射科诊断质量保证及放射防护质量保证的重要措施。
Objective To explore an economical, easy-formulated and scientific construction design programme in accordance with protection standards in practice. Methods The protection quality of thirteen newly-built X-ray generator rooms was examined with X-ray measurement instruments and the merits and shortcomings of the construction design were summarized. Results All rooms demonstrated their compliance to the protection standards except the 64-MSCT room which leaked scattered X-ray through the gap of the door due to the moves of the equipment and the repeated door-building. Conclusion The scientific and practical design and the construction under necessary monitor and qualification measurement are very important for the control of diagnosis quality and protection quality of imaging department.
