摘要
目的CR图像伪影直接影响诊断的质量,本文分析了CR图像伪影产生的原因,探讨消除和减少伪影的方法。材料与方法使用柯达800、柯达900CR激光扫描仪,柯达GP-25型成像板(IP板),通过它们获得X线数字化图像,根据伪影图像的形状、大小及颜色(黑白)来分析和查找伪影产生的原因。结果从200幅伪影图像中分析并证实,其伪影来自成像各个环节,包括成像板(IP板)143例,占71.5%;CR激光扫描仪48例,占24%;激光相机9例,占4.5%。经过相应处理后,大部分伪影都能够消除或减少。结论只要医技人员加强工作责任心,熟悉CR系统的操作原理和工作流程,维修人员定期进行设备维护,特别是对CR暗盒及IP板进行正确的清洁维护,CR的伪影是可以避免或消除的。
Objective To investigate the causes of the artifacts of CR images that directly affected the accuracy of imaging diagnosis, and to probe the solutions to the artifacts. Materials and Methods X-ray digital images were obtained by using of Kodak 800, Kodak 900 CR laser scanner and Kodak GP-25 imaging plate (IP). When some artifacts were found, their shape, size, contour and color were analyzed in order to decide which cause led to artifacts of CR images.Results Total 200 artifacts of CR images were discussed and the results suggested the artifacts resulted from varied factors during the process of imaging. Among these factors, the performance of IP were responsible for 143 artifacts of CR images (71.5%) and CR laser scanner 48 (24%), laser camera 9 (4.5%) respectively. Most of these artifacts were diminished and eliminated after respective operating. Conclusion It is possible to diminish and eliminate the artifacts of CR images if the radiological staff promote their responsibility, are familiar with the operating procedure and principle of CR systems and take measures to maintain the CR equipments periodically, especially to clean up CR film cassette and imaging plate.
