摘要
目的:合成铂类抗肿瘤药物奈达铂。方法:以顺式-二碘二氨合铂(II)、乙醇酸银及硝酸银为反应物,经一步反应即得奈达铂。结果:得到奈达铂的新合成方法及工艺路线。结论:该奈达铂合成方法操作简单、产率高、所得产品质量可靠,可用于规模化生产。
Objective:To report a new synthetic method of platinum-based antitumor drug-nedaplatin. Method: Cis-diiodinediamminoplatinum (Ⅱ) , silver glycolate, and silver nitrate are adopted as raw material, to synthesize nedaplatin in one step. Results:The synthesizing route and the parameter of the new synthesizing method of nedaplatin is obtained. Conclusion:The operation of the new way is simple, and with many advantages such as high yield, reproducible, and so on, and is suitable for industrial production.
