摘要
为有效评估高射频武器系统的射频及弹丸速度测量系统性能,提出了一种基于可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)的发射系统程控方法,给出了模拟程控发射系统的组成、控制流程及软件设计方法,对产生程控时序误差的原因进行了分析,通过光幕靶测定了弹丸射击的时间间隔,对击发机构的动作时间间隔进行了修正,实现了三支单发发射装置的程控联动发射,为高射频测速系统的性能考核提供了试验平台。
To evaluate effectively the characteristics of firing frequency and projectile velocity measurement system of the high firingfrequency weapon system, a programmable control method based on programmable logic controller (PLC)is proposed. The components, control procedure and soft design method of the simulated programmable emission system are given. The error of time sequence is analyzed. The time offset of projectile firing is measured through a light screen. The operating time offset of firing mechanism is modified. Programmable linkage emission of a three-single emission device launching is realized. Launching characteristics of a high firingfrequency weapon is simulated effectively. The examination method provides a test platform for checking the characteristics of high firingfrequency velocity measurement system.
