当一个国家的经济实力足够强大的时候,企业"走出去",寻求更多新的市场机会便是必然。中国改革开放30年来经济持续高速发展,使越来越多有实力的中国企业"走出去"到海外进行项目投资,参与国际并购。截至2008年底,中国对外直接投资的企业约1.2万家,中国非金融类对外投资累计金额约1400亿美元,分布在全球170多个国家和地区。2008年,中国对外直接投资首次突破500亿美元,达到了2003年中国实际利用外资的水平。今年中国对外投资总额有望超过FDI的数额。中国正在从一个产品生产者向资本输出者转变。受全球金融危机影响,国外许多陷入资金匮乏的企业纷纷到中国寻求买家。中国产业海外发展和规划协会和国家开发银行共同主办的"中国对外投资合作洽谈会"(以下简称"对外投洽会")就是在这样一个背景下举办的。在首届"对外投洽会"即将召开之际,《国际融资》

It is necessary for enterprises to invest abroad when the national economy has been strong enough.With the fast economic development attribute to the 30 years of reform and opening up in China,more and more enterprises are going abroad to invest and participate in international M&A.Up to the bottom of the year 2008,12,000enterprises have directly invested in more than 170 countries and regions over the world with the total amount added up to $ 140 billion.It is expected the total amount of overseas investment in 2009 will exceed the amount of FDI.China is turning from a producer to a capital exporter.Influenced by the global financial crisis,lots of overseas enterprises who are short of funds are seeking for buyers in China.Under the circumstances China Industrial Overseas Development and Planning Association and China Development Bank hold China Overseas Investment Fair together.To know more about this,our reporter interviewed Fan Chunyong,Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Industrial Overseas Development and Planning Association.
