摘要
传统开关磁阻电机(SRM)调速系统的位置传感器对其推广应用带来了诸多限制,如结构复杂程度和系统成本提高、可靠性和坚固性降低等。鉴于滑模观测器对SRM内部非线性和外部扰动的良好的自适应性和鲁棒性,提出了一种基于滑模观测器的无位置传感器控制策略。以TMS320F2812 DSP为控制核心对12/8极的开关磁阻电机进行了实验验证,证实了无位置控制策略的可行性和有效性,转矩脉动小、输出转矩大,具有良好的动态性能。
Mechanical position sensors of traditional Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM)drive have brought many restrictions in its application, such as increasing complexity of structure, raising cost, decreasing reliability and so on. Considering nonlinearity of SRM and robustness of sliding mode observer (SMO), a novel sensorless control strategy based on SMO is proposed. Experimental results of three phase 12/8 SRM based on TMS320F2812 DSP (Digital Signal Processor) verified validity and feasibility of the proposed sensorless control method: small torque ripple, large output torque and good dynamic performance.
