外耳道耵聍腺肿瘤(附7例报告并文献复习) 被引量：2

摘要本文报道7例外耳道耵聍腺肿瘤,结合文献复习,该瘤有以下特点:①多表现为外耳道包块,伴不同程度的局部炎症,致外耳道狭窄,恶性者有明显耳痛,甚至剧痛,良性者一般无痛;②依靠病检确诊。治疗为手术辅以放疗或化疗。并就其命名、分类及预后等进行了讨论。
