摘要
灵芝的化学成分多种多样,多糖是灵芝中具有生物活性的主要有效组分之一。20世纪70年代,灵芝多糖的研究开发进入了一个崭新的发展时期。本文总结了近十年来灵芝多糖提取纯化的各种方法及研究进展。
There are many chemical component in ganoderma lucidum, and polysaccharides are important effective compounds which have biological activities. The research of polysaceharides was developed since 1970s. The methods of extraction and purification for polysaccharides in ganoderma lucidum and the research advance were summarized in this paper.
