摘要
国有企业改革30年间，对国有企业改革质量的研究甚少，这是由于国有企业改革的复杂性导致从多个角度可以得到不同的评价结论。提出从社会财富、民生、竞争力和可持续性四个关键指标评价国有企业改革的质量。
Among 30 years＇State - owned Enterprise Reform （ SER） , research on SERg Quality have been barely find out. The reason lies in that SER＇s complexity lead to different conclusion based on different perspectives. We offered a framework for evaluating SER＇s Quality, which consist of the social wealth, the peoples livelihood, competitiveness and sustainability.
