温州国际商务人员胜任素质模型研究

摘要 本文以温州国际商务从业人员为研究对象,采用行为事件访谈法、问卷调查分析以及多元统计分析方法对国际商务人员胜任素质模型进行研究。该模型由12项胜任素质构成了技术性参与、个性特质、组织服务以及文化适应这影响绩效的四个素质维度。
