摘要
基于开发工具Microsoft Visual Studio．NET 2005和C#语言，．NET的核心组件结构，本文论述了个概预算管理系统——编制子单价的设计原理、总体结构及功能，它运用相关的Web与SQL数据库集成技术相结合的技术，像ASP．NET与ADO．NET等。系统有效解决了编制子单价中的Web动态发布及调整等问题，并能通过调用ADO．NET等各种组件的方式访问数据库。
According to the development of tool Microsoft Visual Studio. NET2003 and the C# computer language , the core module structure of the . NET, this paper discusses an budget management system - - the design principle ,total structure and the function of Constructing sub - unit price. It uses technology re- lated Web and database of SQL,which gather the technique combining together , like ASP. NET and ADO. NET etc.. The system has already solved the problems which are about dynamic state of Web releasing and adjusting effectively in Constructing sub - unit price, and can visit database by using various module like ADO. NET etc..
