Investigation Excavation of Hanxin City in Huai'an,Jiangsu and Some New Understanding about Its Cultural Nature

韩信城遗址的平面布局及出土文物的研究表明:韩信城不是汉代建筑,城之所在应该是韩信出生的地方;韩信城在北宋时期为淮东转运枢纽,金元时期为军事重镇。

A research on Hanxin relic, Huai＇an, which includes overall layout of the ancient city and excavated objects has proved that the ancient city was not built in Han Dynasty, and it should be the place where Hanxin was born. It also proved that the ancient city once as a transit hub of East Hnai area in Beisong Dynasty, and in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties it was an important Military strategic place.
