小粒径Co_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)Fe_2O_4纳米颗粒及超顺磁性研究

摘要 利用水解法制备了Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4纳米颗粒,其平均粒径小于5 nm左右,通过VSM和穆斯堡尔谱对其进行了测量,证实了其室温磁性显示出完全的超顺磁性,运用Langevin函数,很好地拟合了磁滞回线并得到磁性颗粒粒径和Ms,大小和测量值基本吻合。 Zinc -substituted cobalt ferrite nano- particles, Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4, were prepared by forced hydroly sis method. Magnetic and structural properties in the nano -material were investigated. The average particle size measured by TEM and XRD is below 5 nm. VSM and Mossbauer measurements show the well defined superparamag- netic behavior at room temperature which confirmed by hysteresis loop at 5K. The experiment data was fitted by Lan- gevin function and the theoretical parameters fits the magnetic experiment data well.
