摘要
为了了解北京三级医院内部绩效评价体系满意度,通过结构式问卷开展满意度调查,结果显示调查问卷总的Cronbachα系数为0.7543。经二分类logistic回归分析,提示北京三级医院内部绩效评价体系满意度不同程度受所在医院、性别、年龄组、文化程度、工龄组、职称、科室、职业、职务及月均收入的影响,建立了相应的回归模型。
To discover the satisfaction of internal performance evaluation system of Grade III hospitals in Beijing, it shows that general Cronbach coefficient of the structured-satisfaction questionnaire is 0.754 3. Through binomial logistic regression analysis, it announces that there are several factors affect the satisfaction, such as hospital, gender, age group, education, length of service group, professional title, division, occupation, post, and income per month, and relevant regression models are built finally.
