中华眼镜蛇咬伤局部绷扎合理性的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中华眼镜蛇咬伤后行局部绷扎的合理性。方法回顾性分析62例中华眼镜蛇咬伤患者的临床资料,按就诊前是否进行局部绷扎分为绷扎组与不绷扎组,其中绷扎组39例,不绷扎组23例,以植皮率与器官功能障碍率为观察对象进行统计分析。结果绷扎组植皮率(51.28%)高于不绷扎组(13.04%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而器官功能障碍率两组分别为:绷扎组(38.46%),不绷扎组(30.43%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论中华眼镜蛇咬伤中毒行局部绷扎会加重局部皮肤软组织肿胀、坏死,植皮率高,不提倡进行局部绷扎。 Objective To discuss the rationality of local bandaging in Chinese cobra snakebite. Methods To analyze clinical data of 62 patients who were bitten by Chinese cobra and were divided into bandaging group and non - bandaging group. Dermatoplasty rate and organ dysfunction rate were compared in two groups. Results There were statistical differences in dermatoplasty rate between the bandaging group(51.28%) and the non - bandaging group (13.04%) ( P〈0.05). There were no statistical significances in organ dysfunctional rate between two groups (38.46% vs 30.43%) ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The local bandaging will aggravate the skin necrosis and heighten the dermatoplasty rate, so we do not advocate the local bandaging in Chinese cobra snakebite.
