机械通气患者心率管理的临床对照研究

Control study of heart rate management in the patients with mechanical ventilation

目的对机械通气危重患者治疗过程中心率管理效果进行评价。方法将2006-11—2007-10我院重症监护病房（ICU）收治的机械通气患者随机分为两组，一组为心率管理组，除常规治疗外，同时注重使心率控制在60-100次／min；另一组为对照组，仅给予常规治疗；所有患者随访至转出ICU或病死。应用SPSS13.0统计分析软件，分析两组间机械通气时间、住ICU时间、存活率的差异。结果①心率管理组患者脱机迅速，机械通气时间缩短；②心率管理组患者住ICU时间缩短；③用药控制心率过程中未见不良反应。结论对机械通气的危重患者进行心率管理有益无害。

Objective To estimate the effect of heart rate control in the patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods To collect the data of the patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to intensive care unit （ICU） from November 2006 to October 2007. The intervention group received heart rates management drug with heart rate from 60 bpm to 100 bpm,while the control group didn＇ t do it. The follow - up was continued untill the patients discharged from ICU or died. The time of mechanical ventilation, days in ICU, survival rate were analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results①Time of ventilation was much shorter in intervention group than in control group.②The days in ICU was also shorter in intervention group than in control group.③Side effect of drugs was not found during heart rates management. Conclusion Heart rates management are much better for the patients with mechanical ventilation.
