NKT细胞在严重创伤和脓毒症后免疫抑制中的作用机制

摘要 NKT细胞是一类特殊的T淋巴细胞亚群,同时表达NK细胞和T淋巴细胞标记,它能限制性识别CD1d分子递呈的糖脂抗原、活化后迅速分泌大量细胞因子从而调节机体的免疫应答。本文简要综述了NKT细胞的分类、特征及其在严重创伤和脓毒症中的免疫调节作用。 Natural killer T (NKT) cells are a unique subset of lymphocytes ,which express both T and NK cell surface markers. They restrictedly recognize glycolipid antigens presented by CD1d molecule,and secrete a great quantity of cytokines rapidly which regulate human immune response after being activated. In this review, we describe the classification and characterization, whose roles of immunoregulation in severe trauma and sepsis.
