摘要
广域或区域继电保护研究是解决复杂大电网下继电保护尤其是后备保护性能的可行路径,也是智能电网中继电保护的合理发展趋势。区域智能保护利用区域电网信息与智能技术支持,与现有主保护协同工作,简化后备保护,加强电网继电保护水平。讨论了区域智能保护分布式集中决策的系统结构,研究了标准化通信区间约束下基于遗传算法的智能算法构造与规则化,仿真结果验证了智能算法的有效性。
Wide area or regional protection is a feasible path to solve the pertormance problem ot relay protection, especially backup protection in a complex large power grid, and is a reasonable trend of power system protection technology in the smart grid age. By utilizing regional grid information and intelligent techniques, regional intelligent protection systems work with main protection systems coordinately, simplify backup protection systems and enhance the overall capability of power system relay protection. In this paper, the architectural design for a regional intelligent protection system with distributed centralized decision is discussed and the construction and regularization of the intelligent aIgorithm based on the genetic algorithm are studied with the consideration of the constraints of standardized communication zones. The simulation results have verified the validity of the proposed algorithm.
