浅谈电子镇流器外壳温度的测量

摘要 分析了电子镇流器额定最高温度的定义,建立了电子镇流器额定最高温度测量的热阻模型。通过对可能影响测量结果的几个因素使用热仿真软件Flotherm进行仿真试验,指出了影响镇流器外壳温度特别是额定最高温度测量的关键因素,即环境温度和风速。最后,对测量电子镇流器额定最高温度的试验设备等提出了一些建议,以保证测量结果的一致性。 The definition of ballast rated maximum temperature was analyzed, a thermal resistance model for t of ballast rated maximum temperature was set up. The simulation experiment by Flotherm simulation software on several factors which might affect the measurement result was carried out. The key factors, such as envi- ronment temperature and wind speed, which affect the measurement of ballast shell temperature especially the rated maximum temperature, were pointed out. At last, some suggestions to measurement equipment of ballast rated maximum temperature were put forward in order to ensure the consistency of measurement result.
