摘要
通过工程实例,运用冗余技术,对厂房火灾自动报警系统配置及构成进行了可靠性设计,解决了在环境恶劣条件下大跨度钢结构厂房火灾自动报警系统不能正常工作的难题。同时得出,要做到系统性能安全可靠、结构优化及经济合理,关键是要针对厂房的消防特点,按照厂房内防火分区及生产性质正确地划分报警区域及探测区域,选用合适的探测器,采用满足当前工程需求的分布智能式小容量报警控制器,优化系统配置和布线路由。
Through the practical project and using redundant technology, the system configuration and composition of workshop automatic fire alarm system was designed reliably. It had solved the problem that automatic fire alarm system in large-span steel structure workshop couldn' t work normally in bad condition. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that, in order to ensure the design of automatic fire alarm system in large-span steel structure workshop be safe, reliable, economy and optimized in structure, the key was to aim at the fire characteristics of workshop, divide correctly the alarm zone and detection zone according to fire prevention zoning and produce properties, select suitable detector, adopt the distribution intelligent alarming control with little capacity that could meet the demand of present project, and optimize system disposition and wire route.
