摘要
针对常用有限元结构程序和商用有限元软件难以求解载荷大小和位置均呈现周期性变化下的结构稳态响应问题,研究以有限元软件ANSYS为平台,通过对研究对象进行模态分析,采用模态叠加法求其瞬态解,利用APDL循环程序实现了载荷大小、加载位置同时周期性变化,采用自主开发的稳态判断程序对提取的位移响应结果进行体外判断,实现了结构稳态响应的求解。以圆盘结构的稳态响应计算为例,将提出的方法与有限元结构程序方法进行对比,计算结果可达到相同的精度,在相关的工程应用中也验证了其正确性,该方法也可以推广到其他各类结构的稳态响应求解中。
This paper aims to solve the problem that finite element structure program and commercial software can not solve complex structure steady--response. It used ANSYS working as a platform to analyze modes of objects, then solved transient response with mode superposition and finally succeeded in load and loading position changing periodically by using APDL loop program. It also succeeded in external judgment of displacement response hy using self--compiling programm, and solving structure steady--response become possible. A case study of disc, compared to the method used herein and the finite element structure program,the former can get the same accuracy. And it has the same effectiveness while used in related projects. The method can also be applied in other structure steady-- response solution.
