摘要
分析了快速伺服(fast tool servo,FTS)车削原理与不同类型FTS刀架的特点。为测试音圈电机(voice coil actuator,VCA)驱动的快速伺服系统的频响性能,搭建测试平台并进行了阶跃响应测试与不同频率下的正弦响应测试。实际测试结果表明,该快速伺服系统具有较高的频响能力,在±100μm行程时达到了300 Hz的频响。
The FTS machining principle was analyzed and the characteristics of different FTS tool-holders were introduced.For obtaining the frequency response performance of the under-researching FTS equipment based on voice coil actuator,a testing platform was built,step response test and the sine response tests under different frequency excitations were done.The testing results indicate that the FTS system has high frequency response capacity and it can reach 300Hz frequency response performance at the stroke of ±10μm.
