温度对MoSi_2/Si_3N_4高温摩擦磨损行为的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用XP-5型高温摩擦磨损试验机考察了MoSi2/Si3N4摩擦副在700~1100℃间的摩擦学性能。利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪观察与分析了MoSi2和Si3N4的磨损表面与相组成。结果表明:MoSi2/Si3N4摩擦副的摩擦因数随温度升高而减小,MoSi2在1100℃时磨损率达到极大值,研磨和氧化是其主要磨损机理;Si3N4出现磨损增重现象,归因于氧化增重大于磨损失重。 The tribological properties of molybdenum dislicide(MoSi2) against Si3N4 in the range of 700℃-1100℃ were investigated by using an XP-5 type high temperature friction and wear tester.Microphotographs and phase status of the worn surface of MoSi2 and Si3N4 were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray.Results show that friction coefficient of MoSi2/ Si3N4 sliding friction couple decreases with the increase of temperature. And the biggest wear rate of MoSi2 appears at 1000℃. The main wear mechanisms of MoSi2 are abrasion and oxidation. The worn weight gain of Si3N4 is increased during athe wear process, it is because the influence of oxidation on the weight gain is more obvious than that of wear.
