摘要
针对取消方向盘与转向器之间的机械连接后,线控转向系统存在的安全性和可靠性问题,提出以软件解析冗余为基础的线控转向系统传感器故障重构方法。以现有的线控转向系统为基础,从最优控制角度出发,基于Riccati型方程构建了线控转向系统主要传感器的最优软件解析故障重构方法,并进行了传感器故障重构的硬件在环仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法能够实现传感器信号的重构,可以满足线控转向系统的容错控制要求。
Since the safety and reliability problem of SBW system after canceling the mechanical connection between steering wheel and steering gear,a sensor fault rebuilding method for SBW system was proposed based on software analysis redundancy. On the basis of existing SBW system, from the view of optimal control,a optimal software analysis fault rebuilding method for SBW key sensor system was put forward based on Riccati--type equation. The sensor fault rebuilding hardware in the loop simulation was carried out, and the results show that the method can achieve the fault rebuilding of the sensors' signals,and can satisfy the fault tolerant control desire of the SBW system.
