摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对三叶木通可溶性蛋白及同工酶进行初步研究。结果表明,各样品的蛋白质、同工酶酶谱有共有带,但酶带数量与活性强度有差异;POD同工酶差异明显,可作为品种鉴定的生化指标。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were used to analyze the soluble protein and isoenzyme of Akebia trifoliata Koidz. The resuits showed that the soluble proteins and isoenzymes, there are same band with, but the quantity of band and activity of enzymes with different intensity; POD isozyme differences, can be used as biochemical indicators of species identification.
