关于建设“关中—天水经济区”的几点思考

通过采用文献分析方法首先分析了《关中—天水经济区发展规划》出台所提供的机遇与不足。其次研究了建设"关中—天水经济区"应抓住的几个重点:一是以西安为中心,对西安进行重新定位;二是以产业为依托,打造"关中—天水经济区"五大产业带;三是以《规划》为契机,进一步拓宽陕西南北经济大通道;四是以《规划》为指导,进一步明确成员城市所在省的发展战略;五是以城市群建设为载体,树立泛关中城市群的概念;六是以机制创新为手段,解决人才瓶颈问题。最后对"关中—天水经济区"的发展趋势进行了展望,提出其发展趋势是:"关中—天水经济区"→"大关中城市群"→"泛关中城市群"→"黄河中游三角经济区"→"黄河中游五角经济区"。

Fifth, take the urban agglomeration construction as the carrier, sets up the the concept of Guanzhong urban agglomeration;Sixth, take the mechanism innovation as the method, solves the bottleneck problem of the talented person. Finally, predicted the trend of development ＂Guanzhong - Tianshui economic zone＂ and proposed the trend of development like is ： ＂the Guanzhong - Tianshui economic zone＂ - ＂Guanzhong urban agglom- eration＂ - ＂exudes the Guanzhong urban agglomeratio＂ - ＂Triangle economic zone in the middle reaches of the Yellow River＂ -＂ Pentagon economic zone in the middle reaches of the Yellow River＂.
