摘要
采用文献分析等方法探讨心理资本的结构维度,认为心理资本是组织获取竞争优势的重要来源,对企业人力资源管理实践有重要的意义。通过分析心理资本的作用机理,提出心理资本、人力资本、社会资本协同作用的框架模型。在此基础上,提出心理资本开发和管理的建议。
Psychological capital is an important source for the organizations to obtain the competitive advantage, and it is very important for the human resource management practices. The structural dimension of psychological capital was discussed the mechanism of psychological capital was analyzed and a framework model on synergies among psychological capital, human capital and social capital was established. On this basis, the advices to develop and manage psychological capital were put forward.
