红螯螯虾引种养殖试验 被引量:2

摘要 从澳大利亚直接引进红螯螯虾1万尾,放入1.5亩土地,进行鱼虾混养,池底投放隐蔽物,定期测定水质和生长情况,投喂颗粒饵料、螺蛳、小杂鱼虾、豆渣,使用塑料薄膜防逃,经过118天饲养,出池成虾165.92kg,平均属重30.9g,成活率64.98%。试验证明,红螯螯虾最适生长水温为22~32℃,放养密度20尾/m^2不影响生长,混养品种以中上层滤食性鱼类为宜。北方地区因适温期短,应放养尾重2g以上的苗种。 Ten thousand Cherax quadricarinatus directly introduced from Australia were stocked into the earth pond of 1. 5 mu farming together with fish and shrimp. On the pond bottom were built shelters with some branches or tiles for fish hiding. The water quality was regularly de-termined. Fed with pellets, snail meat, small fish and shrimp and bean dregs, and used plastic membrane to prevent from excaping. After farming 118 days, 165. 92 kg of the commercial shrimps were out of the pond, and the average body weight was 30. 9 g. The survival rate was 64. 98%. The experimental result proved that the optimum water temperature for the shrimp growing is 22 ~ 32℃; the reasonable stocking density is 20 ind. / m^2; the filter-feed fishes in the middle and upper water layers are taken as good varieties for polyculture and in North China the avernge body weight of each juvenile shrimp for stocking is as good as above 2 g.
