摘要 采用十溴二苯醚(DBDPO)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)为阻燃复合体系对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)进行阻燃改性,研究了阻燃复合体系对HIPS共混材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果发现:当DBDPO与Sb2O3的质量比为3∶1时,HIPS共混材料的氧指数达到28%,阻燃效果较好,同时力学性能损失较小;加入无机阻燃剂可以抑制HIPS共混材料燃烧,明显降低发烟量;并比较了增韧剂种类和用量对HIPS共混材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。 With decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO)/Sb2O3 as flame-retardant composite system, modified the high impact polystyrene (HIPS) performance. The effect of the flame-retardant composite system on the flame-retardant performance and mechanical properties of HIPS blending materials were studied. The resuits showed that when the mass ratio of DBDPO over Sb2O3was 3: 1, the oxygen index of HIPS blending materials reached 28% , and could get good flame retardance while the loss of the mechanical properties was small. The inorganic flame retardants could inhibit the burning of HIPS blending materials and significantly reduced the smoking volume. The effect of the types and content of toughening agents on the mechanical properties and flame-resistance of HIPS blending materials were studied.
