上海市闵行区食源性疾病监测状况分析

目的了解上海市闵行区食源性疾病监测状况,为采取有效干措施提供依据。方法对2006-2007年闵行区5家食源性疾病监测点肠道门诊腹泻病例的登记记录及监测月报表进行分析。结果检出率最高的为颛桥社区卫生服务中心(9.65%),其次为七宝社区卫生服务中心(6.95%)、市五医院(6.70%);采集样品中,志贺菌、沙门菌和副溶血性弧菌3种致病菌的总检出率为5.74%,其中副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,为3.75%;夏秋季腹泻患者明显多于冬春季,5-10月病例数占全年病例总数的90.88%,病例数最高峰出现在8月,而且8月采集样品致病菌的检出率最高(9.31%);致病的可疑食品中,海水产品阳性检出率最高(12.56%),其次为淡水产品、肉与肉制品。结论有必要建立食源性疾病监测网络并及时报告监测数据;应加强临床诊断水平,规范采样及提高实验室检测水平;加强多部门间的协作,充分利用现有资源。

Objective To understand the status of foodborne diseases in Minhang district, Shanghai for taking effective intervention measures. Methods The registered records of diarrhea patients in outpatient service of intestinal diseases in five foodborne diseases monitoring sites and their monthly report form 2006 -2007 were analyzed. Results The detecting rate in Zhuanqiao region was the highest（9. 65% ） ,following with those in Qibao（6. 95% ） and the fifth hospital of Shanghai （6.70%）. For anal swabs samples, the detecting rate of Shigella spp, Salmonella spp and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 5. 74% ,with which Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest（3. 75% ）. There were more diarrhea patients in summer and autumn than in winter and spring. The patients from May to October covered 90. 88% of all the reported eases. The number of patients in August was the highest,and the detecting rate of pathogens in August was the highest（9. 31% ）. In all suspected food samples,the detecting rate of sea foods was the highest（ 12.56% ） ,and followed by the freshwater food,meat,and meat products. Conclusion It＇s necessary to establish foodborne diseases monitoring.network and to report monitoring data in time. And the clinical diagnostic ability should be enhanced, the ability of detecting and sampling needs to be improved. The cooperation of relative departments should be strengthened.
