不同生长时期的蛇百子全草中齐墩果酸含量动态变化

The Dynamic Content Accumulation of Oleanolic acid in Different Growth Period of Hyptis suaveolens(L.) Poit herba

目的:通过对不同生长时间的蛇百子全草中齐墩果酸的动态变化情况分析,研究蛇百子药材的最佳采收期。方法:利用HPLC法对不同采收期的蛇百子药材中主要化学成分-齐墩果酸的含量进行测定,找出蛇百子在不同生长时期中的齐墩果酸的含量变化情况。结果:蛇百子在幼苗期、成熟期、枯萎期的齐墩果酸含量分别为0.50%、0.22%、0.11%。结论:药用植物蛇百子在其幼苗期时齐墩果酸含量最高,成熟期时次之,枯萎期含量最少。故此,蛇百子药材的最佳采收期为幼苗期。

Objectives： Through the analysis of the dynamics of accumulation of oleanolic acid in different growth period of Hypfis suaveolens （L.） Poit, research the best harvest time of it. Methods： The main chemical constituents of medicinal herbs ＂oleanolic acid＂ in Hyptis suaveolezts （L.） Poit was determined to identify the dynamic content accumulation by HPLC. Results： The content of oleanolic acid of Hyptis suaveolens （ L. ） Poit in the seedling stage, mature stage, withered stage was 0.50%, 0.22%, 0.11%. Conclusiotrs： The oleanolic acid of Hyptis suaveolens （ L. ） Poit is highest in its seedling stage, followed by mature, then in withered stage.Therefore, the best harvest time of Hypitis suaveolens （L. ） Poit is the seedling stage.
