家兔肝脏线粒体微量量热研究──腐植酸对线粒体代谢热谱的影响

摘要 利用LKB-2277生物活性检测系统测定了家兔肝脏线粒体正常代谢热谱及腐植酸对其代谢热谱的影响。发现线粒体从细胞分离出来后具有一定活性,可存活较长一段时间,其代谢热谱与细菌热谱相似,可分为抑制期、恢复期、稳定期和衰竭期。腐植酸对线粒体热谱有较大影响,可使产热提前、产热最高峰增大、总产热量增加。探讨了腐植酸影响线粒体产热的原因。 By using LKB-2277 bioactivity monitor, the metabolic thermogram and the effects of humic acid on the metabolic thermogram of mitochondria from the liver tissue of rabbit were determined. After isolated from cells, mitochondria still had activity and lived for a long time. The thermograms of mitochondria were similar to those of bacteria and could be divided into four phases: lag phase, activity recovery phase,stationary phase and declining phase. Humic acid had some effects on the thermograms of mitochondria. It shortened the lag phase and increased the maximum thermogenic peak and the total heat output. The causes and the effects of humic acid on mitochondria were discussed.
